This Terms & Agreement is effective between Digimagnet (hereafter referred to as “Wytlabs”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and you (“Client”, “Customer” or “the end user”).

Use of our Site is subject to the following Terms. By navigating within the Site, or clicking on any object on the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms. We reserve the right to update the Terms at any time according to legal or company requirements.

SECTION 1: SERVICES

We offer specific Digital Marketing services as per agreement with the Client. Our services include, but are not limited to::

1. Running on-page and off-page SEO activities
2. Reaching out to third party websites and bloggers to obtain backlinks for Client,
3. Developing websites and implementing conversion optimisation funnels and forms
4. Creating and producing text and visual content media assets
5. Setting up advertisement accounts, running PPC and other paid ad services with the budget as allocated by the client

SECTION 2: DISCLAIMERS

With respect to our services, Client must acknowledge the following terms:

1. All fees are non-refundable.
2. All fees, services, documents, recommendations and reports are confidential.
3. Digimagnet has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Client’s website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
4. Digimagnet has no control over website and blog owners removing links and content, or deleting/moving/changing their website. These placements will not be refunded or replaced.
5. Under no circumstances shall Digimagnet be liable to you (the end user) for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims of yours or third party websites. You, the end user assumes all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using Digimagnet’s services.
6. Digimagnet reserves the right to tweak anchor text and other order details to ensure successful placements.
7. As an outsourced provider of specific SEO services, Digimagnet does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Neither does Digimagnet guarantee any traffic increases.
8. Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. Digimagnet does not assume liability for the Client’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.
9. Digimagnet is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s website.

SECTION 3: NON DISCLOSURE

Digimagnet does not sign individual NDA’s for every agency or client that wishes to use our services however as part of the terms of our service you can be sure that we treat every client with full Non Disclosure respect.

The Recipient (Digimagnet) undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party (You) for any purpose except the Purpose, without first obtaining the written agreement of the other party.

We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party [except to your company’s employees and professional advisers] who need to know the same for the purpose.

SECTION 4: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

1. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including, but not limited to, information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. SECTION 5: RESTRICTIONS

Digimagnet reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for websites in illegal or offensive industries. Any illegal content, products, services or items hateful, objectionable or defamatory content aimed at any people group, race, gender, sexual orientation or otherwise attacks on any person, business, organisation, product or service; cruelty towards animals; or otherwise content found to be objectionable will be cancelled and refunded.

Prescription drugs; gambling or casinos and adult orders MAY be possible but have to be treated separately and will be cancelled and refunded if ordered through the typical online order forms.
